Closed Most Holidays
While many pet facilities operate around the clock every day of the year and can be busiest during the holidays, we chose to close on all Sundays and most holidays. We believe that everyone deserves time off. Taking breaks can be beneficial for owners and staff.
Ease of Hiring
Positions at our dog daycares tend to fill quickly. As the owner, you select your employees, but keep in mind – you’ll just need to look for good people who love dogs. We suggest hiring to our core values and other metrics, but most skills can be taught through our Petite Pup training videos and staff shadowing. Ultimately, simply building a caring team with a genuine passion for dogs is fundamental to being successful.

Step 3: Sign an NDA
